What do i do if my shipment arrives damaged or simply does not arrive?
If any package arrives visually damaged, be sure to note this with the driver of the freight carrier immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call our customer service team at (208)228-5654 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further instructions.
If your package never arrives, do not worry - all of AirBeds4Less.com’s shipments are insured. Contact our customer service at (208)228-5654 or email email@example.com. We will file the necessary claims and take care of everything for you.
When and how will my merchandise be shipped?
Shipments usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding non business days). Your order will be sent via UPS Ground and delivery times vary from 3-5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. Each item is personally shipped out in its original retail packaging. Your estimated delivery time is listed below.
- West coast locations usually take 2-3 business days
- Midwest locations usually take 3-4 business days
- East coast locations usually take 4-5 business days
