Bought two queen size beds for family visiting out of town and they loved them! They said it was more comfortable then their own mattress. This is my second mattress. I used the first mattress on vacation as a guest bed for 10 days. I'm arthritic and have replacement joints and was just a little concerned. But, lo and behold, I hadn't slept that well and comfortably in years! Who knew?! Felt so good I ordered another to become my primary mattress at home. One really should READ and RESPECT the information clearly provided by the manufacturer. Instructions clearly state that the mattress should be placed on the floor or flat surface. I, on the other hand put the bed in a bed frame on a plywood base (covered with old blanket to protect mattress). What I did not account for in my awesome cleverness was the displacement of the air when weight is applied to the surface. By day 4 I was hearing some alarming creaking and groaning from the bedframe when I moved. I took the mattress off and found that the siderails were beginning to bow as the perfectly fitted plywood base had separated a good 1/4 inch from the siderails obviously due to the increased air pressure on the sides when weight was on the mattress...DUH! Such a bummer. Putting a base on top of siderails was considered BRIEFLY but is so NOT an option. First, would need step stool to get on/off mattress. Second, lightweight mattresses, like air mattresses, "walk" with use. Lesson learned. When I need a good night's sleep, I will inflate my mattress on the floor for the night. In fact, it inflates and deflates so easily and so quickly that it could be better than making the bed every morning. I actually would rate this mattress a 4 3/4, if that had been an option. It only loses fractional points because there's a bit of sagging that goes on in the middle with the pillow version. That surprised me a little, but, interestingly, it was still awesomely comfortable. Slept like a baby and was actually mobile upon arising.

So far so good. Daughter's friend used it for 5 nights when they came home for spring break from college. She raved about about how comfortable and high off the ground it was. Packaging up was a breeze too. We were real carefully packing it away. Now the real test will be when we pull it out for the next time and see if it is just as good. Hopefully no holes !! Would recommend to friends and family.
