Love the built in pillow. It's not too high, great neck support. It fills fast and empties easily. The full size fits in any 3 man+ tent with room on the sides. It also fits easily in small rooms when traveling and staying in hotels, friends. It even fits nice in my car!

I purchased these for my two girls bunk beds, they use to complain that the spring mattresses hurt their backs. I haven't had one complaint and they are sleeping longer with less tossing and turning.
