I use the air bed inside a water bed mattress it works fine.The pillow rest is not needed for what I use it for,it would be better if you had a choice to have a flat or pillow raised mattress.The built in pump is great ,I love that the pump use electric and not batteries.I Only have to inflate once a month.

I was looking for a twin mattress to use on daybed on a screened porch and my husband suggested we try an air mattress since it is exposed to moisture and the elements. We just got it so don't know how long term usage will be, but everything I read about the purchase source and the air mattress itself is true. Product seems high quality, was so easy to set up and comfortable to sit or lay on. I would like to have had this product without the pillow built in, but it wasn't available.
