I use this for a actual Bed and when I received it and started using it I noticed that it must have a leak since it was fully inflated when I went to sleep and when I woke up I was laying in a hole. I called the Customer Service department and explained my situation and they stated that they would ship me a replacement. It is great that they were able to send me a replacement under warranty. The only thing that I didn't like is that I have no bed to sleep on until I receive my replacement since I had to cut the emblem out of the side of the leaky one before getting the replacement.
